Meeting night
Leave the clipboard, separate timer app, and paper ballot behind. Guests and members check in on their phones, officers start the meeting and take attendance, and the timer and Table Topics voting stay on the same site. When the night is over, mark the meeting completed so the scoreboard and badges update without a second data entry step.
Stop juggling clipboard, timer app, and paper ballots
About an hour before start, members and guests check in on their phones. From the same meeting agenda, officers Start meeting, take attendance, run the timer, and open Table Topics voting— so Sergeant at Arms isn’t switching between three apps.
- Check-in opens about an hour before start so the door isn’t a paper sign-in sheet—guests and members use the check-in page on their phones
- Attendance (Here / Absent), the timer, and Table Topics voting stay on the agenda during the meeting
- If attendance isn’t taken after scheduled start, a visible reminder prompts Sergeant at Arms and Super Admins to mark absences before the record is wrong
Wrap up when the night is done
When the meeting is over, one Mark completed step sends attendance, speeches, roles, and Table Topics results to the scoreboard and badges— you’re not retyping into a spreadsheet the next morning.
- Close out the night with Mark completed (from Edit meeting or the post-meeting banner) so recognition updates once
- Completed meetings count toward season pace, the scoreboard, and badge awards—without a second data entry pass
- Past meetings stay available when someone needs history
- Cancel from Edit when a meeting won’t run
