Recognition and news

Set a season speech goal and see whether the club is behind, on track, or ahead— without building a tracking spreadsheet for VPPR. Celebrate who’s leading on the scoreboard, award badges for firsts and streaks, and post news members can come back and read.

Season speech goal and pace

When VPPR needs to know if the club will hit its speech goal, officers set a season target and see Behind, On track, Ahead, or Goal reached on Overview, plus how many speakers the next meeting needs— so you adjust mid-season instead of guessing in June.

  • Winter / Spring / Summer / Fall seasons
  • After you mark the meeting completed, a pace badge sits next to the speech count—quick read on whether you’re catching up or sliding
  • See how many speakers are already signed up for the next meeting
Mid-season answer: behind, on track, or ahead on speeches
Know if the club is behind or on track—without a sidebar spreadsheet.

Scoreboard, badges, and news

Members stop asking VPPR “who’s ahead?” when seasonal and year-to-date leaders for speeches, roles, Table Topics, and attendance live on the scoreboard. Badges mark firsts, streaks, and Pathways milestones. News posts and meeting polls (linked from agenda email) keep recognition on the club site, where members can find it again after the email is gone.

  • Seasonal boards plus year totals members can check any time
  • Badges such as First speech, speaker and role streaks, Level up, Path complete, DTM
  • Email season leaders to the club, and optionally tick Also publish as news so the announcement stays on the site
  • Public or members-only news posts
  • Run quick meeting polls and link them from the agenda reminder—members vote without a separate survey tool
